While the food on your plate remains largely obscured, you can still catch the golden glow of the city’s lights reflected in the water and enjoy the panoramic views of the illuminated canal houses.
2. The Blindfold Challenge (Intermittent Dark): You are provided with comfortable blindfolds to wear only during the tasting of each surprise course. Once the dish has been fully experienced and savored, the blindfold comes off! This allows you to immediately share your thoughts and guesses with your companions, all while taking in the passing sights. This approach ensures maximum focus on the food while eating and maximum enjoyment of the surroundings in between courses.
